These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the SiberAssop website (siberassop.com) and our makeup artist services. By accessing our website or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our website or services.

About SiberAssop

SiberAssop is a professional makeup artist service provider based in Canada, offering bridal makeup, special event makeup, and beauty consultations. We are committed to providing high-quality services and maintaining professional standards in the beauty industry.

Services Offered

SiberAssop provides the following services:

• Bridal Makeup: Complete wedding day makeup services including trials and touch-ups
• Special Event Makeup: Professional makeup for parties, photoshoots, galas, and other special occasions
• Beauty Consultations: Personalized makeup tutorials, product recommendations, and technique training
• Group Services: Makeup services for bridal parties and other groups

Booking and Appointments

Booking Process

Appointments must be booked in advance through our website, phone, or email. We require a consultation for all first-time clients to discuss your needs, preferences, and any allergies or skin sensitivities.

Deposit and Payment

A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required to secure your booking. The remaining balance is due on the day of service. We accept cash, credit cards, and e-transfers. All prices are in Canadian dollars and include applicable taxes.

Cancellation Policy

• 48+ hours notice: Full refund of balance (deposit is non-refundable)
• 24-48 hours notice: 50% refund of balance
• Less than 24 hours notice: No refund
• No-show: Full charge applies

Rescheduling

Appointments may be rescheduled with at least 48 hours notice, subject to availability. Frequent rescheduling may result in additional charges or cancellation of services.

Client Responsibilities

As a client, you agree to:

• Arrive on time for your appointment with clean, moisturized skin
• Disclose any allergies, skin conditions, or sensitivities
• Inform us of any recent skincare treatments or procedures
• Provide accurate contact information for appointment confirmations
• Respect our workspace and follow health and safety guidelines
• Make payment as agreed upon booking

Health and Safety

Hygiene Standards

We maintain the highest hygiene standards, including sanitizing all tools and using disposable applicators where appropriate. We follow all applicable health regulations and industry best practices.

Allergies and Sensitivities

You must inform us of any known allergies or skin sensitivities before your appointment. While we use high-quality, professional products, we cannot guarantee that you will not have a reaction. We recommend a patch test for clients with sensitive skin.

Health Conditions

Please inform us if you have any of the following conditions:

• Active skin infections or contagious conditions
• Recent cosmetic procedures or treatments
• Eye infections or injuries
• Pregnancy (for product selection considerations)

Limitation of Liability

SiberAssop's liability is limited to the cost of the services provided. We are not liable for:

• Allergic reactions or skin sensitivities
• Damage to clothing or personal items
• Dissatisfaction with results due to unrealistic expectations
• Events beyond our control that may affect service delivery
• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, images, logos, and designs, is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without written permission.

Photography and Social Media

We may photograph our work for portfolio and marketing purposes. By using our services, you consent to the use of your images in our marketing materials unless you specifically opt out in writing. You may request that your images not be used at any time.

Severability
